Tom Leoni has made an English translation available of the Getty version of the Fior di Battaglia, the manual our class is based on.  It is available through Lulu.com.  Here is a direct link:

http://www.lulu.com/product/paperback/fiore-de-liberis-fior-di-battaglia/5364635?productTrackingContext=center_search_results

It is the text only, but images of the original pages can be found here:

http://www.getty.edu/art/gettyguide/artObjectDetails?artobj=1706&handle=book&pg=1

These are scans of the actual manuscript from the J. Paul Getty Museum here in Los Angeles.  The manuscript is not currently on display, but they have provided these full color scans of the pages.
